According to the indicated regulations, the processing of personal data shall be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of confidentiality and the rights of the data subject.
The data controller is REALMAPS s.r.l. (p. iva 01741190084), based in Milan (MI), via San. Gregorio, No. 55, which then provides the following information.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail or other messages (via whatsapp or telegram) to the references indicated in the website, in order to make technical/commercial requests, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address as well as any other personal data contained in the message; for such data:
the processing has as its purpose the management of activities related to the type of request that are advisory and/or commercial, including the sending of advertising material and technical/economic offers.
The legal bases for the processing of the data provided by the buyer are the execution of the order possibly carried out, Italian or EU legal obligations, legitimate interest in the case of buyers already acquired in the database, and possible consent when necessary and requested in the appropriate form.
Processing is carried out by automated and/or manual means at the Owner’s premises, including with the help of expressly authorized Data Processors.
Data may be disclosed only necessary for the provision of the service.
Customer and potential customer data are not disseminated in any way.
For all processing, specific security measures are implemented to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
Finally, we inform you that data subjects will be able to exercise the rights contemplated in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR including that of obtaining from the owner confirmation of the existence or non-existence of their personal data and, if so, to allow it to be made available to them; they may also ask to have knowledge of the origin of the data as well as the logic and purposes of the processing, to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is interest, the integration of the data and finally to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing.
